About the RoleThis position is responsible for growing our book of business through new client acquisitions. The ideal candidate will be able to initiate business development conversations through various communication strategies, explain services accurately, and follow up with potential customers to ensure Delta-T Group can meet their needs. Additionally, they will use communication skills to locate the best point of contact for a sales meeting and seek out and participate in networking events and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow our book of business through new client acquisitions
- Initiate business development conversations through various communication strategies
- Explain services accurately to ensure continued communications
- FOLLOW UP WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE DELTA-T GROUP CAN MEET THEIR NEEDS
- Use communication skills to locate the best point of contact for a sales meeting
- Seek out and participate in networking events and opportunities
Requirements
Experience: Experience in customer service, sales, or a relevant customer-facing and business development skills
Education: Associate's degree required/Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, solid organization and communication (writing and speaking) skills, outgoing personality, and a desire to work hard
