About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in the accounting department. This role involves providing administrative support to the Office Manager and performing various tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

  1. Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing, including hourly and union employees.
  2. Accounts Payable Management: Enter A/P records, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate aging reports.
  3. Service WIP Management: Oversee research conducted by the Dispatcher Position, escalating issues when necessary.
  4. Service A/R Billing: Create accurate daily billing, correct/credit errors, and follow up on past due invoices.
  5. Month-End Tasks: Generate preventative maintenance tasks and billing, ensuring timely completion.
  6. Contract Audits: Verify contract information and ensure surveys are up-to-date.
  7. Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile local credit cards, including BMO and Home Depot accounts.
  8. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform various tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
