Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Architect to join our team. As a Residential Design Professional, you will be responsible for selling design and construction agreements, managing clients from start to finish, and ensuring that projects are handed off to the production department without issue.

Responsibilities
  • Sell design and construction agreements to clients
  • Manage clients from start to finish, including as-built drawings, schematic plans, selections, estimating, and construction drawings
  • Ensure that projects are handed off to the production department without issue
  • Manage client approval sign-off process on all allowance overages and credits as requested by project manager
  • Remain accessible to the production team during the construction process for questions, problem-solving, and client management as necessary
Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect stamped in at least one of the following: Maryland, Virginia, or D.C.
  • 3-5 years of residential design experience, with both remodeling and custom home build experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of technology
  • Excellent CAD skills
  • Ability to understand and follow a process
  • Excellent customer service skills
