The CTC Engineering Division excels in converting advanced technologies into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Acts as a primary liaison and authority for data virtualization tools.

Collaborates with various divisions to ascertain and outline reporting needs.

Improves existing reports and dashboards to enhance performance and visual appeal.

Creates and develops new reporting solutions.

Identifies, specifies, queries, validates, and delivers both standard and custom reports.

Develops, validates, and provides continuous support for operational and project-related reports, scripts, and data analysis.

Offers technical direction, guidance, and assistance throughout project development, ensuring data integrity and quality control of delivered reports.

Basic Qualifications:


Hold a BA/BS in Business Information Systems or a related field, along with 4-6 years of directly relevant experience OR a MA/MS in Business Information Systems or a related field, with 2-4 years of directly relevant experience.

Proficient in writing BI reports.

Familiarity with BI tools such as IBM Cognos Analytics, CostPoint Enterprise Reporting, or Cognos Impromptu.

Experience with various database platforms, including Oracle and SQL.

Experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of various BI tools, including IBM Cognos Analytics, Costpoint Enterprise Reporting, and Cognos Impromptu.

Experience with Data Warehousing, Oracle, and SQL.
