Job Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the planning and management of operational needs, including financial projections and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the quality and productivity standards are upheld within the program, identifying and addressing operational challenges.
  • Provide insights to assess program performance against established benchmarks.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to guarantee that contractual, budgetary, and scheduling goals are achieved.
  • Assist in the development of plans, including budgets and timelines, to fulfill contractual obligations for significant program components.
  • Facilitate the resolution of complex customer requirements and assist in meeting project timelines through detailed analysis of optimal program strategies.
  • Prepare, plan, and document program activities, including project schedules, specialized reports, and proposal documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and clients, anticipating and addressing customer needs while maintaining a clear understanding of their requirements.
Qualifications

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance within 90 days of employment.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles for cost and schedule performance reporting.
  • Capability to compile and present project financial reports.
  • Experience in data collection and the creation of Integrated Master Schedules.
  • Background in risk analysis and reporting, including the identification of risk escalation triggers.
  • Experience in conducting thorough cost and schedule analyses.
