FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts organizational assessments and evaluations, designs systems and procedures, performs work simplification and measurement studies, and prepares operational manuals to enhance management efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assists in planning and managing operational requirements such as forecasts and financials
  • Ensures that quality and productivity standards are upheld within the program, identifying and resolving operational challenges
  • Provides insights to assess program performance against established criteria
  • Monitors and reports on performance metrics to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved
  • Offers information for planning, including budgets and timelines to fulfill contractual/project obligations for significant program components
  • Assists in meeting deadlines or addressing complex customer needs, conducting thorough studies to determine optimal program strategies
  • Prepares, organizes, and reports on program activities, including project schedules, specialized reports, and proposal documents.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and clients for program-related information, anticipating and addressing customer needs while maintaining an understanding of their requirements
