PSI Services is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to enhance our team in providing support for government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Management Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering analytical support within the Air Traffic Control Systems Division. Your role will include:
  • Conducting technical writing to document processes and findings.
  • Utilizing collaboration tools to facilitate meetings across various teams, ensuring effective communication and documentation of meeting minutes.
  • Overseeing organizational management tasks to streamline operations.
  • Updating and maintaining dashboards for performance tracking, with training provided on necessary tools.
  • Coordinating calendars among functional teams to optimize scheduling.
  • Consolidating reports from different functional areas for team discussions and presentations.
  • Preparing and distributing weekly status updates to project leads.
  • Employing analytical methods to assess program and project objectives.
  • Evaluating requirements and current project statuses.
  • Monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
  • Implementing government-mandated processes for documentation and data management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program or project management within defense sectors.
  • Proven experience in conducting cost/benefit analyses, quality assurance, and managing critical project milestones.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools, such as Microsoft Project.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with QLIK Analytics Software is advantageous.
Educational Background:

A Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Technical Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting is required. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree combined with thirteen (13) years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree with sixteen (16) years of applicable experience will be considered.
