Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the security and integrity of current systems by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Engage in research, design, development, testing, and supervision of electrical equipment and systems for various applications.
  • Support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) in a classified setting, focusing on the identification and implementation of security requirements for data handling.
  • Provide guidance on information assurance functions, including planning, infrastructure protection, and defensive strategies.
  • Contribute to security planning, risk analysis, and continuous monitoring of Windows and Linux environments.

Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an AA/AS Degree with relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with system security design, risk management, and information security principles.
  • Experience in network design and management, as well as knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Understanding of Continuous Monitoring strategies and VMware virtualization technology.
  • Experience with Windows Servers, including GPO, Domain Controllers, DNS, and DHCP.
