Job Title: EAM Technical Architect Sr.

Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled EAM Technical Architect Sr. to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality modifications, interfaces, conversions, and business process changes for Maximo systems.
  • Lead complex EAM implementations through various phases, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in Maximo integration technologies, including object structures, services, and channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient EAM solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in EAM technology, including cloud-based platforms, APIs, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant technical experience in a leadership or subject matter expert capacity.
  • Deep understanding of Maximo, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Experience with EAM integration technologies, including object structures, services, and channels.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Preferred: IBM Certified Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.6.1, MAS8.
