Job Summary

The Architect of the Capitol is seeking a highly skilled Supervisory Architect/Engineer to lead the Tenant Projects Branch. As a key member of the Architect of the Capitol's team, you will be responsible for supervising professional and technical staff, managing projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a team of architects, engineers, and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of tenant projects.
- Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Members of Congress, staff, and other federal agencies, to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, or engineering, with a focus on tenant projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
