Job Summary:

Belay Technologies is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our intel team. This is a NIGHT FLOATER position, requiring flexibility and adaptability to cover various shifts, including 12-hour night shifts from 5 pm to 5 am, Monday to Thursday, and occasional Friday night shifts. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of similar individuals who support field sites on a 24x7 desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
Monitor and notify according to procedures.

Requirements:

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph.
Five years' experience as an SA on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Salary Range:
$114,000 to $164,000
