Job Overview

Belay Technologies is seeking a highly skilled System/Network Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Field organization users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users, including unlocking user accounts, resetting passwords, and performing file transfers.
  • Develop and update documentation for SOPs and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Contribute to technical contract deliverables, including weekly/monthly reports.
  • Use a ticketing system, document repository, and customer tools and applications.
Requirements
  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph.
  • Five (5) years' experience as an engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

  • Microsoft Technology Associate-IT Infrastructure (MTA-IT) certification.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Desktop (MCSA-DT) Windows 7 certification.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate - Desktop (MCSA-DT) Windows 8 certification.
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Windows Client (MCITP-Client) Desktop Support Tech on Windows 7 certification.
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Windows Client (MCITP-Client) Desktop Admin on Windows 7 certification.
  • Computer Technology Industry Association - (A +) certification.
  • Computer Technology Industry Association - (Network +) certification.
  • Computer Technology Industry Association - (Storage +) certification.
