Position Summary:

The Senior Finance Planning & Analysis Manager will spearhead the financial planning and analytical functions for the CSI business unit. This pivotal role entails overseeing weekly financial forecast evaluations, formulating monthly bookings, revenue, operating income, and cash flow projections for presentations to executive leadership. The manager will collaborate across departments including program management, supply chain, and accounting to guarantee precise and timely financial data and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Oversee the financial planning and analytical activities for the CSI business unit.
    • Construct and manage intricate financial models and forecasts.
    • Prepare and deliver weekly financial forecast evaluations to senior leadership.
    • Generate monthly bookings, revenue, operating income, and cash flow projections.
  • Reporting & Presentations:
    • Compile comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership.
    • Deliver insights and recommendations regarding financial performance to senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Engage closely with program management, supply chain, and accounting teams to collect necessary financial data.
    • Ensure all financial inputs are accurately captured and monitored.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis.
    • Develop and maintain financial planning tools and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a comparable industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex financial information.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Leadership and team management proficiency.
  • High integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Familiarity with Costpoint, Onestream, and Salesforce is advantageous.
