Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high level of security and protection to our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid and CPR as needed.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
  • Provide armed response to high-risk situations.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a high level of security and protection.
Requirements
  • Be a citizen of the United States.
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Be able to pass a federal background check.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have an honorable discharge if a veteran of the US Armed Forces.
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Possess an active state weapons permit and state armed guard certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of security experience within the past five years.
  • Two years of military or National Guard experience.
  • Successful completion of a state-certified law enforcement education and training program.
