Job Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator will manage overlapping demands among various vendors, including Customer Service and Program Operations, Dispute Resolution, and Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V).
This role necessitates onsite presence in the office in Montgomery County, MD 1-2 days weekly.
Required Skills:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of eight (8) years of professional project management experience.
Technical knowledge encompasses project management involving agile teams engaged in DME and O&M software and system development.
Familiarity with application and policy support for customer service operations and the processes necessary for collaboration and escalation across a customer service vendor and a software development team is crucial.
Preferred Skills:A background in software development
Experience in leading or participating in software development projects with an independent IV&V vendor is advantageous.
