We are seeking a Project Executive who possesses:

  • A strong background in multi-family residential, retail, and commercial projects
  • Exceptional communication and technical skills
  • A keen eye for detail and proven leadership capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Managing financial aspects and maintaining budgetary control
  • Coordinating daily operations with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Administering contracts and ensuring compliance
  • Handling procurement, estimating, and quality management
  • Upholding safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in the construction field
  • Familiarity with Primavera or Microsoft Project for scheduling
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience in estimating is advantageous
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
