We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Stylist to join our team at Gap Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate. As a Stylist, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized styling services and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers to understand their styling needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on fashion trends and styles.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, designer brands, and seasonal styles to provide customers with expert guidance on product selection.
- Sales Floor Expertise: Assist customers on the sales floor, provide styling services, and support sales floor operations to drive sales growth and achieve store goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales floor colleagues to create a positive and inclusive shopping environment that inspires customers to return.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
- Styling Experience: Proven experience in styling and fashion, with a strong knowledge of luxury fashion and designer brands.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
- Physical Demands: Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Passion for Fashion: Passionate about fashion, styling, and providing exceptional customer service.
