Overview of the Position

In this position, you will exemplify integrity by safeguarding Personnel, Assets, and Brand Integrity. It is crucial to grasp the overarching strategic vision and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with store management to formulate and execute an Asset Protection plan aimed at minimizing risk and loss across our Gap Inc locations.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations and leverage all available resources to detect and address criminal activities in designated areas.
  3. Engage with store staff to pinpoint inventory loss issues and propose effective solutions.
  4. Assess the allocation of suitable Asset Protection resources (such as personnel, technology, etc.) to tackle loss reduction challenges.
  5. Adjust team priorities to meet the needs of customers and business partners.
  6. Responsible for team performance through mentoring, coaching, and delivering constructive feedback to enhance skills.
Qualifications

Proven ability to provide leadership in Asset Protection to achieve outcomes, mentor and develop team members, collaborate effectively, and lead execution through others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to negotiate and build consensus among diverse stakeholders and departments.

Capability to actively learn and promptly apply insights into decision-making and actions.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Ability to delve deeper than the immediate situation, identify root causes, and explore potential alternatives.
