Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Product Manager specializing in client-facing applications within the Financial Services sector. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategy, development, and enhancement of our client-facing digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for client-facing applications, aligning with business goals and market demands in Financial Services.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management, to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.

  • User Experience (UX) and Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Financial Services industry, applying insights to product strategy.

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionalities.

  • Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for client feedback and feature requests, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of client-facing applications. Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on client-facing applications in the Financial Services industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products or platforms, preferably within a financial services context.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work onsite in a downtown location for 3 days a week, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
