Overview

The role of a Technical Support Liaison is vital in connecting the Division personnel (business users) with our Client, ensuring that all technical assistance requirements of the Division are thoroughly addressed.

As the main contact point, you will interact with business users to manage service requests, investigate and evaluate issues, resolve them when possible, and escalate to Client personnel for additional support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Client service desk inquiries
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Facilitate the negotiation of completion timelines
  • Supervise the procurement of hardware, equipment, and software
  • Coordinate the rollout and replacement schedule for equipment
  • Manage inventory upkeep
  • Address issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Business Technology Team (BTT) to improve user experience
  • Assist in the creation of Division-specific solutions
  • Provide training and support for all Division personnel
