Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient operations across all departments, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales team, establishing targets and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.
  • National Accounts Management: Oversee relationships with national accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in a leadership role within the Logistics, Construction, or Distribution sectors.
  • Preferably prior CEO experience, but the client is open to strong leaders at the VP or C-Suite level ready to advance their careers.
  • Sales management experience is essential, as the CEO will lead the sales team nationwide.
  • Proven track record of leadership and driving financial performance.
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a history of building and leading effective teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
