Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Water Facilities Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Water Facilities Team in North Little Rock, Fayetteville, or Conway, Arkansas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing exciting water and wastewater projects through all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and manage detailed project delivery assumptions, scope of work, level of effort, and associated man-hour estimates.
  • Lead internal and external project workshops, facilitating stakeholder engagement and ensuring effective communication.
  • Prepare and execute Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct written and oral project reporting for clients and Team Leader, including project design status, upcoming milestones, project accounting, percent completes, progress reports, etc.
  • Manage owner training programs, equipment, instrument, and device checkout and performance validation, control system and HMI integration, and contract closeout.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • 10+ years of water and wastewater technical project experience and 3+ years' experience in team leadership.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Previous experience having been in responsible charge of designs, including detailed plans and specifications, for water and wastewater collection, distribution, pumping, and/or treatment projects.
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's Degree in civil, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  • 15+ years of water and wastewater technical project experience and 3+ years' experience in team leadership.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
  • Software proficiency in water industry hydraulic or process modeling.
