Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform a variety of duties, including greeting and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume and recommending load level requests when necessary, coordinating with Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers while maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests when necessary
  • Coordinate with Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers
  • Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements
