About This Role:
">We are seeking a Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. This is an interim non-exempt position until the trainee has received certification of program completion and been placed into a branch.
">- This role involves leading, managing and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.
- You will coach bankers to engage customers to understand their needs and work proactively to build relationships and help customers succeed financially.
- Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Coach, develop and build a high performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
- Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business.
- Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
Requirements:
">- 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
