Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at PM Hotel Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Assign specific duties to all kitchen associates under your supervision to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement effective kitchen strategies.
  • Personnel Management
    • Assist the Executive Chef with personnel functions, including interviewing, training, performance evaluations, and resolving problems.
    • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee growth and development.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
    • Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
