Position Overview

Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, promotions, and events tailored for diverse market segments under minimal supervision.

Provide strategic insights to product divisions and sales teams based on thorough market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product divisions to formulate and implement a robust go-to-market strategy.
  • Execute effective marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation from concept to completion.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and strategic planning to achieve sales growth objectives.
  • Engage in the development of innovative products, programs, and services.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training on market segments to the sales team.
  • Participate in and coordinate promotional activities and trade shows.
  • Stay informed on market trends and developments; identify opportunities for new products and services and provide recommendations to management.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, customers, and associations.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Oversee the creation and deployment of sales enablement resources.
  • Monitor key performance indicators on a regular basis and report on return on investment.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, including developing marketing plans, promotions, and trade shows.
  • Proven experience in leading marketing initiatives that yield a positive return on investment.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for a business segment, including tracking and evaluating results.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and leverage that insight to create effective marketing programs that drive sales.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that align with departmental goals and budget constraints.
  • Proven analytical skills to define issues, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master's degree is preferred.
