Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities and Engagement Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining the physical facilities and appearance of the Lion's Pause, while also fostering a positive and engaging environment for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the daily appearance and equipment of the Jungle and Den, ensuring a clean and welcoming space for students.
  • Oversee the maintenance of student entertainment items, including pool cues, game consoles, and other systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and entertainment in the Pool Room and Pause spaces.
  • Collect and act on student feedback to improve the Lion's Pause experience.
  • Collaborate with the Purchaser to ensure the necessary purchases are made to maintain entertainment items.
  • Work with the Marketing and Design Manager to create and distribute Pause signage.
Qualifications

This role requires a student employee with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, event planning, or a related field.
