  • Engage with members, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Conduct energetic and informative tours of the club, highlighting our amenities and services.
  • Process member enrollments, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the fitness team to promote group fitness classes and encourage member participation.
  • Assist with special events and promotions, ensuring a positive experience for our members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
