Position Details:
Title: Senior Maintenance Technician
Location: Sacramento, CA
Compensation: $36-40 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for specific duties
Experience Required: Minimum of 9 years in maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
Work Schedule: Day Shift - 6am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing all tasks.
- Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment as directed.
- Maintain effective communication with fellow maintenance staff and supervisors.
- Accurately complete work orders and document all relevant information.
- Engage in technical maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Assist in managing parts inventories and collaborate with external contractors on projects.
- Ensure upkeep of facility grounds and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Technical or Trade school degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a maintenance role.
- Basic knowledge of industrial electricity and energy sources for utility equipment.
- Ability to maintain essential plant utilities.
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and power equipment.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
