Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our community's physical plant, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing.
  • Assist with apartment turnovers and maintain grounds, including pool and spa maintenance.
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
Qualifications:
  • Prefer six (6) months of experience in the building industry, maintenance, and/or housekeeping.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to operate MS Office programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
  • Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
