Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely perform floor care tasks, including waxing, stripping, and buffing, using chemicals and machinery as instructed.
  • Carry out carpet care tasks, including extraction, encapsulation, and stain removal, using the correct chemicals and methods.
  • Respond to other service requests as needed, including emergency response and construction cleanups.
  • Follow all written work instructions and timely document labor time and scope of work completed.
  • Safely use and manage company-issued equipment, chemicals, and vehicles, and report any items needing repair.
  • Properly use company-issued personal safety equipment and follow company safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
