Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Conduct morning start-up and evening shutdown procedures for equipment, including the boiler, air compressor, power, pumps, and valves.
  • Handle regular maintenance tasks, such as lint trap cleaning, shaker screen barrel maintenance, oil level checks, grease fitting maintenance, and water level monitoring.
  • Complete general and basic repairs on machinery, following manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules and documenting processes.
  • Identify and report major repairs needed on machinery, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of two years of maintenance engineering experience, with specific knowledge of machinery, electricity, electronics, and plumbing, welding, and boiler applications.
  • Experience with mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading repair manuals and schematics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety.
