Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Virtual. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Process and reconcile accounts payable, including vendor statements and payment processing
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Collaborate with vendors and management to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Perform routine duties of fiscal services assistant, including posting cash receipt transactions and billing non-patient services
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and accounts payable
- Previous healthcare experience required
- Knowledge of accounting processes and principles
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PC and networked computer applications, including payment and reconciliation systems
