Collection Specialist Position at MassGenics

MassGenics is currently seeking a highly skilled Collection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers to resolve delinquent accounts and persuade them to make payments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing payments from customers
  • Monitoring and managing overdue accounts
  • Communicating with customers to determine reasons for late payments
  • Developing and implementing repayment schedules based on customer financial situations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of collections procedures and software applications
