Job Title: Admin - US - Collections 2

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Collection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for locating and notifying customers of delinquent accounts, receiving payments, and posting amounts paid to customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate and monitor overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
  • Confer with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments and review sales, services, or credit contracts.
  • Persuade customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims, or non-payable checks.
  • Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules based on customers' financial situations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 to 4 years of financial and/or customer service experience required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Knowledge of legal and company policies, procedures, and regulations as related to collections.
