About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at A-STAFFING, INC. as an Outside Sales Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to expand our presence in the Food Service Equipment industry and drive sales growth in the half West of United States territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Generate daily reports of sales activities and submit them to management.
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand our marketing presence in the territory.
  • Attend industry trade shows to gather new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
  • Update client information in our contact database with sales progress reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
  • Deliver products to customer locations if needed.
  • Provide product training and after-care service, including technical support.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules and business trips.
  • Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by staying up-to-date on product repairs.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal direction.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent team development and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Business level).
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite and basic Japanese skills are a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 80lb of product.
Working Conditions

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
