As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our well-known and respected consumer products for oral health to General Practice Dentists and Periodontists across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage an assigned territory, calling on General Practice Dentists and Periodontists to promote our products.
- Independently plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory, taking into account each customer's clinical needs.
- Build business relationships with targeted Dental Practitioners and achieve designated call expectations, with a focus on the Dentist and Hygienist.
- Deliver scientific product presentations to customers in the territory, outlining products, features, benefits, and services.
- Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of dental healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and determine how our products could address such needs.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Recent College Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Hygiene, Business to Business (B2B), or Pharmaceutical Sales.
- A proven track record of success with outside sales experience.
- Sales Aptitude REQUIRED.
- Knowledge and experience in the dental field preferred.
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
- Must live within the territory or within the territory boundaries.
