**Job Summary**

SR COMPANIES LLC is seeking a highly skilled Concierge Professional to enhance and improve the SRIM experience for our residents, families, and visitors. As a key member of our team, you will promote the core value of the Golden Rule, answer the telephone courteously, and execute routine clerical work.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Interact with residents, families, and visitors while demonstrating empathy, kindness, compassion, and respect.
  • Answer phone calls with a welcoming and inviting attitude, and respond courteously.
  • Assist in scheduling new hires for review and completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Support the Business Office Manager as needed.
  • Receive and route incoming and outgoing mail when required.
  • Type all correspondence as requested.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests for assistance.
  • Greet families and visitors, ascertain the nature of their business, and introduce them to the appropriate department head.
  • Answer questions from prospects regarding the community in the absence of the Sales Director.
  • Communicate effectively in a language that each resident can understand.
  • Ensure residents and/or responsible parties sign residents out when they leave the community.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Practice good body mechanics and safe working habits.
  • Observe and report safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
  • Demonstrate an ability to know each resident and family member by addressing them by name.
  • Know, understand, and follow established policies and procedures in emergency situations.
  • Work as a team player with other associates and management in accomplishing work assignments.
  • Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude about work issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude with residents, families, visitors, associates, and management.
  • Comply with attendance and call-off policy.
  • Attend and/or participate in trainings, in-service meetings, and mandatory meetings.
  • Wear clean and appropriate dress per established dress code policy.
  • Refrain from discussing resident care issues with families and visitors, and refer all inquiries to the immediate supervisor.
  • Know, understand, and follow HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with the training of new employees when required.
  • Take initiative in work, seek out additional information, and offer solutions/suggestions.
  • Take on special projects or assignments outside of regular duties.
  • Provide a variety of housekeeping and/or laundry duties in maintaining the community in an orderly, clean, and sanitary condition.
  • Serve and assist residents in the dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner if needed.
  • Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned or as requested.

**Computer Skills**

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

**Education/Experience**

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or less than one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
