Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

  • Observe and report any changes in resident health or emotional well-being to the supervisor.
  • Participate in leisure activities and provide assistance with daily tasks, such as meal service and light housekeeping.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to two years of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
