The Radio Frequency Systems Specialist plays a crucial role in the engineering domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform project proposals into intricate, detailed designs that meet specific client needs.

This role involves delivering precise manufacturing documentation based on established templates for RF base station equipment, antenna subsystems, microwave links, and IP networks, ensuring compliance with customer and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will provide guidance to fellow design team members, adjust engineering timelines, and oversee budget management for their projects.

Key responsibilities include technical planning and design of functional verification tests, performance validation, and identifying potential challenges in the design process while proposing effective solutions.

The Radio Frequency Systems Specialist will independently manage small to medium-sized projects with minimal oversight from senior engineers.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead engineering teams on small to medium-scale radio systems projects.
2. Oversee design, documentation, and procurement for IP-based radio network systems.
3. Adhere to established quality processes and project management methodologies.
4. Manage project timelines and budgets within team constraints.
5. Conduct internal testing of designed radio systems.
6. Travel may be required up to 20%.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of related experience may substitute for formal education.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in integrating radio systems from proposal to acceptance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to deliver technical presentations and manage subcontractors effectively.
