Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, to identify and address potential issues.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize safety risks.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including but not limited to, fixing damaged building components and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available to respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
