Sales Representative

At Orgill, we're committed to helping our customers succeed. As a Field Sales Trainee, you'll play a critical role in our mission by preparing for a regular sales territory assignment. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your selling and business management skills, as well as develop other skills and knowledge required for a Sales Representative position.
- Complete internal formal training modules to gain a deeper understanding of our products and services.
- Participate in sales meetings and customer markets to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Work in customer stores, at an Orgill distribution center, and the Customer Service Department to gain hands-on experience.
- Travel with Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Truck Drivers to observe and assist as assigned.
- Work selected sales territories in the absence of a regularly assigned Sales Representative.
