Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Apex Restoration DKI. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with plumbing contractors and promoting our water damage restoration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target plumbers and establish relationships with plumbing contractors
- Promote our water damage restoration services
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close deals
- Communicate with plumbers, assess their needs, and present solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and offer incentives for referrals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Travel to sales areas to develop new relationships and sales leads
Requirements:
- Sales experience a plus, but we will train the right person
- Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the US
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
Compensation:
Salary $35k-$40k yearly (DOE), potential to earn a competitive annual income of $50k to $100k or more
