As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our customers compete effectively against the big box retailers. You will be responsible for providing high levels of hands-on service to our customers, working closely with our sales force to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and sales team
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the retail or wholesale hardware, lumber, building materials, or farm supply industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
