Position Overview:
We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a solid background in enterprise solution sales. As a Technical Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's success by fostering sales and revenue growth within our enterprise sector.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Technical Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Formulating and implementing strategic sales plans to effectively cover accounts within your designated territory.
- Managing intricate sales cycles and articulating the value of our enterprise solutions to C-level executives.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers in existing accounts while identifying and creating new business opportunities.
- Negotiating contracts and finalizing agreements to optimize profitability.
- Consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
- Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and updates to sales leadership.
- Staying informed about new product offerings and market trends.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within the SaaS sector.
- A proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in developing strategic plans and executing effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in account management and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
