Job Summary

Misumi USA is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our Factory Automation Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth at key accounts and developing strategic relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals and develop account strategies.
    • Report on account forecasting, opportunity funnel, and progress on a regular basis.
    • Evaluate and implement effective sales techniques to achieve revenue targets.
    • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the design and purchase cycles.
    • Build strong relationships with design engineers, buyers, and other decision-makers.
    • Present products and services to technical and non-technical groups.
  • Business Development:
    • Consult with customers to identify barriers and solutions to increase satisfaction and revenue growth.
    • Develop and present product and service recommendations to sales management.
    • Facilitate meetings with product managers, engineers, and management members to support business development activities.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of industrial automation sales experience, preferably in mechanical components sales.
    • Experience selling into the automotive, EV, medical, and semiconductor markets is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to use CRM software in the sales cycle and opportunity funnel.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    What We Offer

Misumi USA offers a competitive base salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, plus bonus and car allowance. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
