Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is for a Hospice Nurse at AllPro Hospice in Las Vegas, NV. The primary responsibilities include delivering compassionate end-of-life care, managing pain, and providing emotional support to patients facing terminal illnesses. The Hospice Nurse collaborates closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to guarantee the highest standard of care.

Key Qualifications

  • Current RN license
  • Experience in hospice, palliative care, or oncology is preferred, but training is available for new graduates
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and outstanding communication abilities
  • Capability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and care
  • Understanding of symptom management and comfort care practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
