Veteran Care Coordination Specialist
Allpro Homecare is actively looking for a Veteran Care Coordination Specialist. Our organization is committed to delivering exceptional Homecare Services tailored for veterans. This position entails the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of caregivers, along with the management of client schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process new veteran referrals while ensuring accurate client data entry.
- Engage with new clients and staff in a timely manner.
- Organize caregiver schedules to fulfill service hour requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
- Recruit and onboard new caregivers as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience in VA Homecare Scheduling and Recruiting is essential.
- Familiarity with scheduling software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities are required.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must be adaptable and a compassionate team player.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds.
