Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse - Patient Care Specialist to join our team at New Season Treatment Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Administration: Safely and accurately administer medications to patients under the direction of our Medical Director or Registered Nurse.
  • Patient Monitoring: Conduct regular patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and report any concerns or issues to the Medical Director or Registered Nurse.
  • Medication Management: Maintain accurate records of medication administration, inventory, and disposal in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
Requirements
  • Education: Active nursing license in the state where the clinic is located.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moderate everyday noise. The successful candidate will be able to perform other duties as required and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
