Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading a team of solar sales consultants, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential customers. As a Solar Sales Manager, you will play a critical part in expanding our customer base and establishing a great company culture while recognizing our fellow workers for outstanding performances.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience in solar sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
- In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
